General Description

The distinctive centre section of the new fairing for the new BMW S 1000 RR from 2023 significantly enhances the look of the motorcycle. It connects the left side panel with the right side panel, completing the fairing. The unmistakable look of real carbon with a high-quality seal further emphasises this innovation.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
