General Description

The exhaust end cap for the BMW R 1300 GS is a real eye-catcher and makes the original exhaust look significantly sportier. The carbon part gives your motorcycle a unique look and sets it apart from the crowd.

Here, the innovative BDC is used as the material, giving the component a completely new and individual touch.

The final clear lacquer layer comes in the timeless glossy version and underlines the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!

The surface of each BDC part is unique and resembles marble. The BDC is also hand-laminated by Ilmberger, cures in several stages in an autoclave, and impresses not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres scatter the incident light and create an unprecedented reflection.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
