The lower carbon exhaust heat shield adds subtle yet striking accents to the Ducati Multistrada V4, making it look even more elegant and sporty!

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid into the mould and aligned. This ensures the carbon part perfectly integrates with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which truly highlights the high quality of the material.
To make not only riding but also fitting a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
