General Description

The exhaust cover for the Ducati Diavel V4 protects the silencer and gives the standard exhaust a completely new sporty appearance. The carbon part covers the silencer over its full height and looks great even when the motorcycle is standing on its side stand!
The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version and underlines the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, intricately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. With the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influences of all kinds from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
