The matte carbon exhaust heat shield for the Ducati Diavel 1260 from 2019 is bolted onto existing mountingpoints on the vehicle's manifold.The parts are mounted using original mountingpoints. The carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating vastly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. Not only does the coating score technically, but it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
