General description

The cylinder head cover for the Ducati Diavel V4 replaces the original plastic parts with a high-quality carbon component. The one-piece design eliminates unsightly edges or transitions, and the use of high-performance material directly on the engine further accentuates the brutal power of the V4.
The final clear lacquer layer comes in the matte version and is identical to the clear lacquer used on Ducati Performance parts.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influences of all kinds from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
