General Description

The cylinder head cover for the Ducati Diavel V4 replaces the original plastic parts with a high-quality carbon component. Thanks to its one-piece design, there are no distracting edges or transitions, and by using this high-performance material directly on the engine, the brutal power of the V4 is further emphasised.
The final clear coat finish is in a matt version and is identical to the clear coat used on Ducati Performance parts.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in an autoclave in several stages, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencesn, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
