General Description

The cylinder head cover for the Ducati Diavel V4 replaces the original plastic parts with a high-quality carbon component. Thanks to the one-piece design, there are no unsightly edges or transitions, and by using this high-performance material directly on the engine, the brutal power of the V4 is further emphasised.
The final clear coat comes in the timeless glossy version and underlines the sporty appearance of the motorcycle!

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. With the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its exceptionally low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
