General Description

-The crash pad on the upper engine bolt offers the best possible protection for the area highly susceptible to damage in the event of a fall. In the most vulnerable area around the engine mounting bolt, a turned aluminium part is integrated inside the carbon component for additional protection. The crash pad on the frame complements the vehicle and provides additional protection for the vehicle against damage. The upper engine bolt, which is somewhat vulnerable in the event of a fall, is extremely effectively protected by this crash pad. The parts are mounted using supplied adhesive strips and/or the use of original mounting points. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and in the next step, as is standard practice for us, coated with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating vastly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating doesn't just score technically; it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
