General description

The cover under the fuel tank replaces the original part in just a few steps. The Ducati Diavel V4's appearance becomes even more aggressive, and the high-quality material significantly emphasises the muscle bike's power! The final clear coat is in a matt version and is identical to the clear coat used on Ducati Performance parts

For our carbon, we exclusively use pre-preg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of influences from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which particularly highlights the material's high quality.

To make not only riding but also fitting a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
