Product Details
Ilmberger Carbon Cover right side R/S next to cockpit, glossy carbon, with ABE according to application list, for BMW R1250RS, Type 1R13, Model Year 2019-General Description
Right cover next to the cockpit - BMW R 1250 RS (LC) from 2019This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, covered with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating enormously surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores technically, it also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
