Product Details

Ilmberger Carbon Cover next to Cockpit left side L/S gloss for Ducati Multistrada 1200 DVT (from model year 2015-), with ABE according to the usage list.

General Description

The carbon cover (glossy) for the Ducati Multistrada DVT (from model year 2015) and the Ducati Multistrada Enduro (from model year 2016) is installed next to the cockpit. This is the left side of the two covers. This carbon cockpit panel, made from a material renowned for its excellent properties far beyond MotoGP and Superbike classes, is mounted over the existing standard plastic component. The new component not only provides additional protection for the vehicle against damage but also gives the bike a sporty appearance befitting its enormous performance. The glossy plastic coating of the carbon part particularly highlights the three-dimensional carbon structure and achieves an impressive effect. As is customary with Ilmberger, the parts are mounted using original mounting points. Of course, the cover can also be ordered in a matt carbon finish, which then perfectly harmonises with the accessory carbon parts offered by Ducati-Performance. Even the carbon parts from Ducati-Performance, which are already standard on many vehicles, optically match the matt Ilmberger carbon parts exactly. Our carbon parts are manufactured completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines, and in the next step, as is usual for us, are coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against harmful environmental influences. This unique plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
