General Description

Mounted in just a few steps, the clutch cover not only protects the underlying componente but also offers significant aesthetic value. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid into the mould and aligned. This ensures the carbon part perfectly blends into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycles. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.

For our carbon products, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, similar to what is used in Formula 1 and aerospace. This material, meticulously hand-laminated and cured in an autoclave in several stages, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakageteil of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influencesn, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
