General description

Installed in just a few simple steps, the clutch cover not only protects the underlying components, but also offers significant optical added value. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid into the mould and aligned. This allows the carbon part to perfectly nestle into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. At the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this creates an unprecedented and unique deep effect, which truly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
