General description
This carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.The focus is on weight savings (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from pre-preg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as usual, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish for protection against environmental influences. This plastic finish vastly surpasses conventional clear lacquer coatings in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only scores technically; it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
