The belt cover on the swingarm for the Buell XB models replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating far surpasses the usual clear lacquer finish in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
