General Description

The carbon belly pan right side R/S for the BMW S 1000 R 2021 replaces the original engine spoiler using its brackets and mounting points. If these are not present on your motorcycle, the brackets must be ordered separately from your BMW dealer, distributor.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are precisely placed and aligned in the mould by experts. This allows the carbon part to blend perfectly with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and hardened in several stages in an autoclave, convinces not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel for the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of influences from the environment, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.

So that not only riding but also wrenching is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
