General description

The left-hand side carbon belly pan in gloss finish for the Ducati XDiavel from 2018 is, as is typical for Ilmberger, bolted to existing mounting points on the vehicle. The gloss carbon provides a clear contrast to the matte carbon offered by Ducati Performance. The special 3D structure of the carbon fibres is even more prominent here. The belly pan is designed to fit as closely as possible to the vehicle so as not to impair the impressive lean angle clearance of the X-Diavel. Together with the right-hand side of the belly pan and the central section (VEU.021.XD16G.K), the complete original plastic belly pan can be replaced.

Our carbon part weighs just under 120g!

The parts are mounted using original mounting points. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is usual for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. Not only does the coating offer technical advantages, but it also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
