The one-piece carbon belly pan for the Ducati Multistrada 1200 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. This one-piece lower fairing is closed at the bottom to reduce contamination of the motorcycle in poor weather conditions. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But the coating not only excels technically, it also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
