General Description

The carbon belly pan for the Triumph Street Triple complements the vehicle and provides additional protection against damage. The parts are mounted using supplied adhesive strips and/or the use of original mountingpoints. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, subsequently coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically but also significantly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure. This one-piece lower fairing section is closed at the bottom to reduce soiling of the motorcycle in poor weather conditions; the necessary attachment, brackets for the belly pan are included in the scope of delivery. The belly pan for the Triumph is manufactured from a special high-temperature resistant prepreg carbon material using a special autoclave manufacturing process to minimise discolouration of the carbon fabric, even when exposed to high heat.
