The belly pan for the Honda CB 1000 R complements the vehicle and provides additional protection for the vehicle from damage. The parts are mounted using supplied adhesive strips and/or the use of original mounting points. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and then, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only excels technically, but it also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
