Product details
Ilmberger carbon beak extension fronte for BMW R1200GS (LC) Adventure (from model year 2014-), with ABE according to the usage listGeneral description
The beak/mudguard extension for the BMW R1200GS (LC) Adventure (from 2014) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight saving (typically a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and increased rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. However, the coating not only scores technically, but it also clearly highlights the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.| Manufacturer | Model | Additional designation | Type | Model year | Homologation | ccm |
