General description

The carbon battery compartment cover for the Streetfighter V2 with a matt finish replaces the original part, utilising the original mounting points. All necessary brackets and mounting materials are included.
To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This allows the carbon part to perfectly blend with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only boasts a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a fraction of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, creates a previously unmatched and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original fastening points for this part.
