General Description

Installed in just a few steps, the alternator cover not only protects the underlying componente, but also offers significant visual enhancement. To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fibre layers are expertly placed and aligned in the mould. This ensures the carbon part blends perfectly with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycles. The more of our parts installed and combined, the more impressive the result.

For our carbon products, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, meticulously laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only offers a unique aesthetic but also boasts exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it possesses three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from influencess of all kinds from the environment, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, combined with our clear lacquer, creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect, which truly highlights the premium quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
