BDC is also laminated by hand at Ilmberger and cures in several stages in an autoclave. The material convinces not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The different fibres scatter the incoming light and create a previously unseen reflection.

The final clear lacquer layer on this component is in the timeless glossy version and underlines the luxuriously sporty look of the component.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from influencess of all kinds from the environment, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear lacquer, this provides an unrivalled and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.
