General Description

The air outlet on the right side has been an integral part of the BMW S 1000 RR since the first model series. For the S1000RR models from 2023 onwards, it has also received an update and has been adapted to the new fairing. The revised shape generates suction during riding, contributing to better cooling performance compared to its predecessor. The unmistakable look of real carbon with high-quality sealing further accentuates this innovation.

For our carbon, we exclusively use pre-preg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, elaborately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with a unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. With the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all types of influences from the environment, we are the only carbon manufacturer worldwide to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect, which highlights the high quality of the material particularly strongly.

To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we exclusively use the original mounting points for this part.
