This pre-impregnated carbon fabric offers uniform resin distribution and a high fibre volume content, guaranteeing maximum strength and flexibility. Production takes place in an autoclave, a high-pressure oven that ensures perfect, uniform curing and flawless surfaces.
Each part is laminated by hand with great experience and care. After curing, the edges are precisely cut by robot to ensure a perfect fit.
Unique Protective Coating
A globally unique step in our production is the complete plastic powder coating of all carbon parts. This coating protects against environmental influences and provides an incomparable deep effect. The final high-gloss clear lacquer layer ensures a smooth surface and underlines the luxurious-sporty look.
