General Description

The left-hand air duct cover for the Ducati Streetfighter V2 significantly alters the appearance of the motorcycle. The motorcycle looks sportier and even more aggressive.

The glossy finish further accentuates its racing heritage.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall look, the fibre layers are expertly laid and aligned in the mould. This allows the carbon part to blend perfectly with the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts that are installed and combined, the more impressive the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, intricately laminated by hand and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only offers a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and, due to its particularly low density, only a breakage of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fibre volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influencess, we, as the world's only carbon manufacturer, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only riding but also fitting is a pleasure, we only use the original mounting points for this part.
