HEL-Performance® TB-1 Thumb Brake Pump

Features of the radial thumb brake pump:
- The TB-1 is both an ingenious and clever component
- Its numerous adjustment options should leave nothing to be desired for personal customisation
- The one-piece clamp is aligned in the desired position and attached to the fork
- For mounting, the fork or triple clamp corresponding must be loosened
- The lever reach can be comfortably adjusted via a dial
- The lever features a joint that allows the end of the lever to be positioned higher or lower
- Additionally, the lever is two-part at the end, allowing individual adjustment of the lever length.


The clamp (one-piece, without joint) for attachment to the fork can be selected in the following sizes/diameters at no extra charge when ordering:
40 mm, 41 mm, 42 mm, 43 mm, 44 mm, 45 mm, 46 mm, 47 mm, 48 mm, 49 mm,
50 mm, 51 mm, 52 mm, 53 mm, 53,5 mm, 54 mm, 55 mm, 56 mm, 57 mm, 58 mm

Both the housing and lever are precision-milled from solid material on brand new CNC machining centres at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK).

- housing / Lever = 6082-T6 aluminium, precision-milled from solid
- piston and screws = stainless steel
- housing: nickel-plated or black anodised
- Lever: Anodised

Scope of delivery: 1 radial brake cylinder with brake lever with choice of clamp for fork attachment, assembly/maintenance instructions.

Accessories (not included in scope of delivery): balance tank with connecting hose, stainless steel banjo bolt M10 x1.00 with copper sealing rings

Note: Brake pumps and brake calipers from HEL Performance are not suitable for use with Castrol brake fluid SRF Racing! The use of this brake fluid may potentially lead to defect seals.
