General description

Significant power, performance increase in brake system due to the use of braided steel brake lines:

alpha Technik manufactures high-quality HEL Performance braided steel lines for numerous motorcycles and scooters, also custom-made to your specifications. You can specify your desired colour during the ordering process.

Even under the highest temperature of the brake fluid, braided steel brake lines do not expand – compared to standard rubber hoses, the pressure point remains exact, constant, and optimally modulatable under continuous load. HEL brake lines eliminate the spongy feeling known from rubber hoses. We exclusively use stainless steel components for all parts of our lines – other manufacturers often use fittings with less noble metals, which corrode over their lifetime and pose a safety risk again.

Features of HEL Performance braided steel brake lines:
- ready-to-install kit incl. stainless steel banjo bolt and possibly required accessories (screws, brackets, guide, etc.)
- Teflon inner core with stainless steel braiding
- exclusive stainless steel fittings
- motorsport-proven technology
- PVC-coated stainless steel line - no heat shrink tubing!
- PVC coating & banjo fittings in stainless steel available in various colours (see ordering process)
- pre-adjusted fittings, adjustable afterwards
- more than 3000 kits mostly with ABE* or in rare cases with parts certificate
- for many models also alternative routing options with ABE*

*Availability and delivery with ABE or parts certificate can be found in the latest version of our ABE, which is available as a PDF in the download area of our website:
