The highly polished chrome 'Chopper' version with stainless steel caps and mountings is custom-assembled for you in Nordhorn, with the correct spring rate chosen according to load. Specially developed by Hagon, valve piston always ensure the correct damping. The basic damping in the shock absorber can be selected from Soft, Medium, or Hard.The three-way adjustable spring preload is achieved using the supplied hook wrench.
The shock absorbers feature the following technical refinements:
- The springs ensure clean comfort with high reserves.
- 12 mm damper rods reduce wear and enhance progressive damping.
- Damping automatically adjusts thanks to a system controlled by the compression speed.
- The three-way adjustable spring preload allows adaptation to the respective load.
- The 'modular system' allows for various spring/shock absorber combinations.
- All Hagon shock absorbers are supplied with ABE or TÜV certificate and hook wrench for adjusting the spring preload.
