Headlight Cover BMW R 1250 R (LC) 2019Our carbon part replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
Focus is on weight saving (typically around 70% saving compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and is then coated with a clear plastic finish to protect against environmental influences. This plastic finish significantly surpasses conventional clear lacquer in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. Beyond its technical advantages, the coating also clearly enhances the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
