BITUBO stereo shock absorbers rear, spring preload and rebound damping adjustable, Colour: Chrome, with ABE; for Suzuki VS1400 Intruder Type: VX51L (model year 1987-1998)General Description
Nitrogen-filled single-tube gas-pressure shock absorbers with floating pistons for improved riding comfort and vehicle control. The rebound damping adjustment range achieves excellent performance in all riding situations, both solo and fully loaded. The damper body is made of high-strength steel, the head parts are CNC-machined from billet aluminium.Adjustment options:
- spring preload - continuously variable, via adjusting ring
- Rebound - continuously variable, via adjusting lever
Each pair of shock absorbers comes with a Basic setting that is tailored to the respective model.
Available with chromed head and foot with chromed spring or with black head and foot with black spring. Also available with chromed head and foot and black spring (discontinued models).
Additionally, chrome caps can be purchased in the following variants:
- Chrome cap set (2 pairs = 2 upper uppers and 2 lower chrome caps): Part No. BI-GR9601
- Upper chrome caps (2 pieces): Part No. BI-GR9603
- Black upper chrome caps (2 pieces, black chromatized): Part No. BI-GR9604
