BITUBO twin shock absorbers rear, spring preload and rebound damping adjustable; colour: black; for Moto-Morini Excalibur 350 and Excalibur 501 (from model year '86-)General description
Nitrogen-filled monotube gas-pressure shock absorbers with floating pistons for improved riding comfort and vehicle control. The rebound adjustment range achieves very good performance in all riding situations, both solo and fully laden. The damper body is made from high-strength steel; the head parts are CNC-machined from billet aluminium.Adjustment options:
- spring preload - continuously variable, via adjusting ring
- Rebound - continuously variable, via adjusting lever
Each pair of shock absorbers comes with a Basic setting, matched to the respective model.
Available with chrome-plated head and foot with chrome-plated spring or with black head and foot with black spring. Also available with chrome-plated head and foot and black spring (discontinued models).
Additionally, chrome caps can be purchased in the following versions:
- Chrome cap set (2 pairs = 2 upper and 2 lower chrome caps): Part no. BI-GR9601
- Upper chrome caps (2 pieces): Part no. BI-GR9603
- Black upper chrome caps (2 pieces, black chromed): Part no. BI-GR9604
- Chrome cap set (2 pairs = 2 upper and 2 lower chrome caps) black chromed: Part no. BI-GR9605
