BITUBO stereo shock absorbers rear, spring preload and rebound damping adjustable; Colour: Black, with ABE; for Kawasaki VN1500 Classic Type: VNT50D (model year 1996-1997)General description
Nitrogen-filled single-tube gas-pressure shock absorbers with floating pistons for improved ride comfort and vehicle control. The rebound damping adjustment range achieves excellent performance in all riding situations, both solo and fully laden. The damper body is made from high-strength steel, the head parts are CNC-machined from billet aluminium.Adjustment options:
- spring preload - continuously adjustable, via adjusting ring
- Rebound - continuously adjustable, via adjusting lever
Each pair of shock absorbers comes with a Basic setting, which is tailored to the specific model.
Available with chromed head and foot with chromed spring or with black head and foot with black spring. Also available with chromed head and foot and black spring (discontinued models).
Additionally, chrome caps can be purchased in the following variants:
- Chrome cap set (2 pairs = 2 upper upper and 2 lower chrome caps): Part no. BI-GR9601
- Upper chrome caps (2 pieces): Part no. BI-GR9603
- Black upper chrome caps (2 pieces, black chromated): Part no. BI-GR9604
- Chrome cap set (2 pairs = 2 upper upper and 2 lower chrome caps) black chromated: Part no. BI-GR9605
