General description

XXZ 31 B1 is the extreme evolution derived from the multi-award-winning XXF and previously reserved only for our official teams. It confirms its position as a technological leader and features a completely renewed design that introduces many technical innovations, such as the four adjustment possibilities: compression and rebound at low and high speeds, with new setting that give the rider the best possible feel.
Internally, it has been renewed with technical solutions that optimise the smoothness of moving parts, increase the damping coefficient improve and stability at high temperature, without forgetting the use of lightweight materials to reduce overall weight. The Ø 14 mm rod increases smoothness, while the Ø 30 mm piston reduces the mass of moving fluids for faster response to loads. Special attention has been paid to maximising the sensitivity and precision of the setting. XXZ has been developed to reduce inertia and ensure immediate control of suspension oscillations.

The goal is to give the rider precise control and increase maximum grip, as well as even tire wear, which is provided by the immediate damping force. This gives the rider confidence in corners, even at extreme lean angles, during fast changes of direction, and under hard acceleration. At the same time, it ensures excellent rear stability, even under extreme brake, regardless of track or surface conditions.

Dedicated to the most demanding riders, it is the most extreme version of our XXZ; the piston rod is treated to achieve stable power, performance over time.

The pneumatic spring preloader, previously only available for official teams, is now available to everyone! Precision, speed, and lightness are the essence of this new adjustment device. It works via a rechargeable fuel tank with a quick connection, available when needed.
