General Description

The XXZ 31 B1 is the extreme evolution that emerged from the multi-award-winning XXF and was previously reserved only for our official teams. It confirms its status as a technological leader and presents itself with a completely renewed design that brings many technical innovations, such as the four adjustment options: compression and rebound at low and high speeds, with new settingen that provide the rider with the best possible feel.
Internally, it has been updated with technical solutions that optimise the smoothness of moving parts, improve the damping coefficient and increase stability at high temperatureen, without forgetting the use of lightweight materials to reduce overall weight. The Ø 14 mm rod increases smoothness, while the Ø 30 mm piston reduces the mass of the moving fluids for a faster response to loads. Special attention has been paid to maximising the sensitivity and accuracy of the settingen. The XXZ was developed to reduce inertia and ensure immediate control of suspensionsschwingungen.

The goal is to give the rider precise control and increase maximum grip, as well as ensure even tire wear, which is provided by the immediate damping force. This gives the rider confidence in corners, even at extreme lean angles, during fast changes of direction, and under hard acceleration. At the same time, it ensures excellent rear stability, even under extreme braken, regardless of track or surface conditions.

Dedicated to the most demanding riders, it is the most extreme version of our XXZ; the piston rod is treated to achieve stable power, performance over time.

The pneumatic spring preload adjuster, previously only available to official teams, is now available to everyone! Precision, speed, and lightness are the essence of this new adjustment device. It operates via a rechargeable fuel tank with a quick connection, available when needed.

DLC coating of the piston rod to reduce friction and thus achieve immediate damping feedback for suspensionsschwingungen.
