General Description
The first step to adapt the suspension to your requirements is to modify the internal components of the fork in order to improve the feedback from the vehicle when riding on racetracks and tours.Bitubo fork springs are made from a CrSi steel alloy, heat-treated, subjected to a stabilisation process, and finally shot-peened with steel balls. This ensures high performance in the long term.
Linear Spring Rate:
Linear springs are used in sports motorcycles where consistent feedback from the entire front damping process is necessary. The springs are available in various spring rates for different fork set-ups. The aim is to achieve the best control over the vehicle across all load levels.
