The first step to adapt the chassis to your requirements is to tune the internals of the fork in order to optimise the feedback of the vehicle when riding on racetracks and tours.The Bitubo fork springs are made from a CrSi steel alloy, heat-treated, subjected to a stabilisation process, and finally shot-peened with steel balls. This ensures high performance in the long term.

The linear springs are used in sport motorcycles where uniform feedback of the entire front damping process is necessary. The springs are available in various spring rates for different fork set-ups. The aim is to achieve the best control over the vehicle across all riding dynamics levels.
