The first step to adjust the suspension to your requirements is to modify the fork internals, in order to improve the feedback from the motorcycle when riding on racetracks and tours.The Bitubo fork springs are made from a CrSi steel alloy, heat-treated, subjected to a stabilising process, and finally shot-peened with steel balls. This ensures high performance in the long term.
Linear spring rate:
The linear springs are used in sports motorcycles where consistent feedback from the entire front damping process is necessary. The springs are available in various spring rates for different fork setups. The aim is to achieve the best control over the motorcycle across all riding levels.
