The first step to adapt the chassis to your requirements is to revise the internals of the fork in order to optimise the feedback of the motorcycle when riding on racetracks and tours.The Bitubo fork springs are made from a CrSi steel alloy, heat-treated, subjected to a stabilisation process and finally shot-peened with steel balls. This ensures high performance in the long term.
Linear rate:
The linear springs are used in sport motorcycles where consistent feedback of the entire front suspension process is necessary. The springs are available with different rates for various fork setups. The goal is to achieve the best control over the motorcycle across all load levels.
