The first step to adapt the suspension to your requirements is to optimise the internal components of the fork, in order to improve the feedback of the motorcycle when riding on racetracks and tours.The Bitubo fork springs are manufactured from a CrSi steel alloy, heat-treated, subjected to a stabilisation process, and finally sandblasted with steel balls. This ensures high performance in the long term.

Linear springs are used in sports motorcycles where consistent feedback from the entire front damping process is necessary. The springs are available in various spring rates for different fork set-ups. The goal is to provide the best control over the motorcycle across all riding levels.
