The first step to adapt the suspension to your requirements is to tune the internals of the fork to improve the feedback of the motorcycle when riding on race tracks and tours.The Bitubo fork springs are made from a CrSi steel alloy, heat-treated, subjected to a stabilisation process, and finally sandblasted with steel balls. This ensures high performance in the long term.
Linear spring rate:
The linear springs are used in sport motorcycles where uniform feedback of the entire front damping process is necessary. The springs are available in various spring rates for different fork set-ups. The aim is to achieve the best control over the motorcycle across all load levels.
