The Kit S was developed to reduce fork friction. The smooth sliding of the fork is absolutely essential during brake, as the forces involved, due to exponentially increasing friction, can cause the fork tubes to twist within themselves.An original fork equipped with Kit S is consistently smoother and provides the rider with improved feedback on the front wheel.\n\nSliding vs. Stiction:\nThe KIT S significantly reduces the "sticking" of surfaces at high breakaway moments and at the point of initial force application, allowing the fork to react faster and more finely.\n\nKit S includes\nA pair of slide bushes for the outer tube of the fork with a special anti-friction coating.
