With extensive know-how gained through years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role. This way, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pipes, and intermediate pipes right up to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.
Arrow headers and intermediate pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak lyes, as used in motorcycle care products.
