General description

A passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive expertise gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.



Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the planned power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connectors, and mid-pipes leading to the silencers is developed through countless dynamometer runs.



Arrow manifolds are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.
