General Description

Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performancesentfaltung. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubee, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the headers, connecting pieces and mid-pipes up to the rear silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.
