Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connection pieces, and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless test bench runs.

Arrow manifolds and mid-pipes are manufactured from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very malleable. It boasts high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold variant is used in racing.
