General description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance power delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter play a significant role in this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and intermediate pipes right up to the rear silencers is developed in countless dyno runs.

Arrow manifolds are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically formed very well. It possesses high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
