General Description

Passion for great sound and a wide range of models – that's what Arrow stands for. With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised, keeping pace with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tubee are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performancesentfaltung. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubee, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the header, connectors and mid-pipes, right up to the silencers, is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). The steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be easily mechanically formed. It has high resistance to humidity, water and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium header variant is used in racing.

Features:
- Flow-optimised
- Optimal power, performancesentfaltung in conjunction with various silencer variants
